There were many days when my husband wanted to throw in the towel but for me, I knew this was our season and this home was sitting and waiting just for him and I. And our loan team was put in the right place and at the right time to work with my husband and I.When they said they needed information from me. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Jon and Ryan were quick to respond. Mr. Beahan took the time to reach out to me, by phone, for a decent length of time one day regarding some concerns I had with the loan. In a world of timelines and busy schedules, that meant a lot. I found my experience to be not only pleasant, but efficient due to their endeavours.
My loan specialist Ryan Griggs was the very best - the underwriting dept was not so much.
Very slow took over 120 days to close. Gave us multiple closing dates and cost us a lot of money and heartache
