Staff was for the most part efficient and reliable. Very few hiccups during the process but even when there was they handled them quickly and professionally.
Everyone was on top of everything.

Steve and his team were great to work with. They were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. They made the process easy and quick. I would highly recommend them to any veteran that needs a home loan.

Veterans United provided me with excellent service. No other lender has been as helpful and responsive as VU.Allison Basnett did an outstanding job handling all of my documentation and setting up the closing.Eric Hermann did a great job.

Great customer service. I will contact VU in the future for sure.

Lots of hard work by my loan officer Shane Miranda

VU was ready to close within 11 days! That's a huge advantage for veterans buying in the Denver Metro market.

David Nagel was awesome and always helpful. Already referred one of my friend's to him.

Long process but we'll worth the wait. Helpful personnel.

The team was very knolegeble and ready to assist any way possible. Always friendly and concerned to my needs and ready to find a solution to move the loan process forward. As a team player, I knew I was on the right track with my loan handler.

The information and proof needed to obtain the mortgage took us a while to gather. However, because the VU's home loan process is so streamlined we still closed our loan in 32 days = we are extremely happy.

Was completelt surprised by the amount of "service fees". It would have been a lot better to know the cost of these further than one day from closing. Also, somehow our close date got pushed right due to not having two consecutive paychecks.

It was a bit stressful; but things did get rectified. Overall I do believe that the employees; upper management specifically do want their customers to have a good experience.

John Sullivan and the ladies we worked with where so kind and always ready to answer any questions.

It was very good. Only part of the entire process I didn't care for was at the very end when the underwriters had the loan packet for quite some time and each day for about 5 days they kept saying they needed 1 more thing from us and that was it.

It was phenomenal! Veterans United indeed is a preferred lender for va loans. They have programs that help veterans that have been through financial challenges and certainly identifies with these issues.

The Staff was excellent in communicating all details of buying the home, especially the Agent Heidi Bailey-Houston. She keep me abreast of every single aspect even though at times I did not understand, she made the transition very easy.Derek Mill
