While we did close on time, the process was not fun and seemed more difficult at times than it should have been. There was constant confusion and miscommunication on the agent's side which lead to frustration on customer side

Our loan "expert" made several errors on explaining our buying options. He tried to work an additional loan option but failed to know the ins and outs of the requirements. I believe that he tried to shortcut the loan process and in the end resulted
