From not getting money wired to the change of loan amount without my knowledge this loan was a disaster. The team we worked with would have different answers pending on who you spoke to and that could be within five minutes of calling one to the other.

Poor communication is the best way to summarize my experience. I am an active duty service member that was deploying during my home buying process and although I do not look for special treatment; consideration for my situation would have been appreciated. Through this experience I have realized this company is unable to perform simple things like CC in emails to notify all parties of status updates is not utilized(this is just one example). I have never had to repeat myself so many times for simple requests, whether it was my wife or myself through phone conversations or email. I was asked at the last minute for certain items of paper work during closing, items which I could have supplied weeks prior. I was deployed during closing and due to my situation internet/emailing was limited, which I made well aware a month prior. I find it hard to believe that you guys didn't realize you would need these updated items at the last minute, unless this was the teams first time handling a loan. I apologize if I seem harsh with my words, but I have a standard when it comes to job performance and that standard was not met.
