This is to recognize the Outstanding service provided by Solibel Ramos. I have not seen the service and positive attitude display by Mrs. Ramos in my 37 years career in Customer Service as a Customer Service Manager. What stands about Mrs. Ramos is her attitude and sincere desire to assist her customers. It's as if she were wearing our shoes as customer and understanding the stresses we endure when buying a new home. My wife and I truly felt like special customers during our experience with Mrs. Ramos. Her professional knowledge truly made this an extremely easy process. Not sure where she received training for her customer oriented approach, but she should be recognized for her efforts and if her immediate supervisor had anything to do with professional attitude and customer service skills, then kudos to them as well. Due to the lack of punctuality I cannot say I would recommend this lender. Documents that could/should have been received in the beginning of the loan process were pushed to the end. This delay then caused stress and awkwardness.
