Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant to speak to. I really enjoyed dealing with such nice people that don't seem miserable in their job.
Michelle and Mike were amazing and went above and beyond what I expected of them. Their receptionist, I think her name was Amber or something like that, was incredible also. For what she was doing, I never would have thought she was a receptionist

every time I needed advice or to ask questions I was always taken care of it was very easy to have someone who can help when I need it
I was surprised with some of the upfront fees.

quoted an initial rate nearly one full point lower than the final rate; it was explained that it was "a mistake" we were required to resubmit documents three times and reschedule closing three times; each time I had to call to remind you of closing

Buying my house was the most stressful time of my life. Will and Lauren were always there to answer my calls and emails, and answer any questions I had. I will be encouraging everyone I know to buy there home through Veterans United. Awesome job.

Excellent outcome but it would have been a little less frustrating (stressful) had the underwriter asked for ALL that they needed up front and not in phases and so close to closing.
Actually 10 is not a high enough number. Katy Reeder went above and beyond. By far the absoulte best customer service I have ever had.
