Shannon was excellent but Emilee was terrible she was having us make copies of papers she already had she was rude to the fact we had never bought a house before. other then that it was good. Ms emilee needs more communication skills. And we were unable to get some of the papers to sign on line also the system kept sending us the wrong information in our email

Veterans united were extremely helpful and always giving me easy to follow steps to take and reminders of what was still needed to complete the loan as well as updates on the items already turned in. Also I had a team of people helping me that were all just super wonderful. I thought this whole process was going to be so much worse but again them and their system made it so easy that you literally can have zero clue what your doing and not struggle.
