Communication is a big problem. The associate we dealt with would not communicate unless it was something good, if it was something bad he would talk to the realtor to pass the message or not talk at all. Very unprofessional!!

The requests by the underwriter became very minuscule, unnecessary, and excessive. The loan I was requesting was $50,000 lower than what I was pre-approved for but still wanted documentation for small transactions of $200.
