I have lots of student loans and was worried about my debt-to-income ration to qualify. They had articles explaining it and the process and realized I had a lot of residual income so there was a chance to qualify. If that article hadn't been there, I would not have even bothered applying. Sure enough, we qualified and just closed on our dream house!
