I would recommend them, but have them understand the process is too long and frustrating. I believe this process could be narrowed down by not putting so much unnecessary stress on the borrower. There are many things that could be handled by staff and not the borrower. I never received the $121.00 credit I spent out of my own pocket for water test and pest letter.
