Everyone associated with my loan exceeded my expectation and conducted their respective assignment with absolute professionalism. Due to the commitment I received from VU, I closed two weeks early and without complications.
At the beginning it was a great experience, but closer to the end of the process I felt like I had to make a lot of things happen on my own. Other times I would complete what was asked and then have to jump through hoops for another item. I understand the reasonings. Ow but it was difficult to have to go through.

The website sometime can be difficult to maneuver though. As I I might log in with the same computer but I had to have a code sent to my phone to access the account.
