Everyone did a great job of servicing my loan. Although the process is quite stressful and personally I feel like a criminal with all the imposed regulations. It's funny how the banks screw up and everyone else pays the consequence. I'm not sure how anyone person can correct this (it just happens to be the process). I just thought I would put it out here.
The entire process from start to finish was very quick. The only thing I question is the need for multiple checklists instead of just one big checklist. Other than that my experience with Veterans United was excellent. I will recommend them to other Veterans!

The organization needs to familiarize itself with tax rebates and other tax issues in other states to be truly valuable. Took too long to deal with Equifax Financing Specialists. They are terrible.
