Shelby, Jen and Katie are awesome. Thanks to them. They did a great job. They had my pre approval letter in a couple of days. Then closed on time. They were very professional and Courteous. I highly recommend them.
Our loan moved fast which was a good thing. KATIE and Jen were always professional but very friendly and helpful at the same time.
David was extremely great to work with, he was always on top of everything and whenever I called or emailed him he got back to me right away. He really made me feel as though I could ask him questions and could rely on him as far as the entire process went. When working with Sam Branson I could not say the same. She was very inpersonable and seemed as though she was not interested or could care less about the questions and concerns that I had tried to speak with her about. She was very short in her answers and less than helpful and for a first time homebuyer that's not something you want to experience. So after myself and my realtor were having such a difficult time trying to communicate with her, we just decided to go above her and go back to David as he made us feel a lot more comfortable.
Underwriting held up the loan so long that our interest rate went up. That was the only downside to the whole loan process. Other than that our representative Rob was outstanding
