Very smooth the beginning but very nerve-racking at the end but if you follow all the instructions relax everything turns out okay and they're always there to hear your complaint and to straighten things out for you
Being a first time home buyer the process was very smoothe. A little hickup at the end but very smoothe. I would recommend them !!
The process was long but everyone with Veterans United was always pleasant, patience and supported.
-short on emails-unclear instructions on documents-hard to get in contact with when needed- I was a 1st time buyer who needed additional instruction and direction at times but it was very hard to get ahold of the necessary personnel when I really needed them. The guidance was not there. If it wasn't for my realtor and the buyers realtor constantly on my loan team demanding updates I may have lost the house in the end. Whitney did a great job of getting my documents pushed through, and responding to my questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
Long process. Took a little longer than usual due to circumstances beyond Aaron's control. He and his assistant, Kayla Durnil were outstanding.
