I am a senior citizen and am not tech savvy. I would have appreciated a phone call or text when my loan was approved. I waited over 5 weeks to find out my loan was approved in 5 days. This is truly unacceptable.

Jeff Gordon is the best to deal with! He and
I worked together on two homes and will call him back for the next one. He is excellent at what he does on his end, but also made what I had to do very easy. The VU team made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole process - from well before we were under contract, to the day we closed, and even beyond. They were quick to respond to all of our questions, no matter the complexity and we always felt like we were their number one priority. The team was highly skilled, efficient, and empathetic - it felt like we had all been friends for years! I appreciate all the hard work VU put in to get us where we needed to be on closing day and would recommend them 1000 times over!
