Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Jake Force went out of his way, and it was obvious all the hard work he put in. I am recommending him, and Veterans United to everyone.

Great lending and home-buying process. The VU app puts all the information at your fingertips real-time. E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.

While the homebuying process is stressful at times: coming off a shift to find more that I have to submit, write, justify, etc... The team I had was prompt and friendly when helping me understand what they needed from me.
