Overall the process was seamless, however at the end of the process my loan officer went on leave and you can tell a proper transfer to his superior didn’t happen which caused confusion during closing.




We had a few bumps in the process, none of which were the fault of Veterans United, but they led us through the process admirably.

If anyone is looking to buy a home veterans should be the first people you should call, they are Aces in my book! It's been a long road with COVID and all but veterans was there all the way I would like to give thanks and praise to my real estate agent Kelsey for all she did and the lawyers who got the paperwork straightened out in the end, Jose and John you guys were very helpful and listened to all my worries thanks to everyone for your help. Awesome team i would recommend united Veterans to anyone looking for a home. The process was easy and they took the time to communicate with us anytime we had questions or concerns. John, kyle, Candice and Vernon get a 10 out of 10😊😊👊👍👍


The team was quick and communicative about the loan process. I did have one hiccup with Veterans United Homeowners Insurance Department. First they ghosted me for about a 1 1/2 weeks and it was slowing up the loan process. After multiple unreturned emails, texts, calls, etc....then they did the bait and switch with the total. Although, I ended up using another homeowners insurance, the home loan department was excellent.

The online process went ok for the most part. App was troublesome at times due to operating system updates. Navigating of it was fine and intuitive however direct feedback from inputs would have been appreciated. Clarification of items requested was the most challenging due to terminology and expected responses.
Only other concern was lateness of requests within the process.
