Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
In my honest opinion Josh is great to work with. He works around problems and applies himself to the job even when he is held up elsewhere. If you are not giving this guy a raise for the amount of effort he puts into to make a customer happy then there is something wrong with you
Kyle and Dene were the best loan officers to work with. There was never any confusion about what was expected, and they were always friendly and professional every step of the way!
