This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. From start to finish, this team is absolutely incredible. Chase Lyles turned what should have been an impossible refinance into a smooth closing. Our situation was complicated: an active billing dispute with our HOA and a lien clouding title mid-process. Chase never flinched. He worked with the title company to structure an escrow holdback so we could close on time without surrendering our dispute, kept us informed at every step, and treated every complication like a problem to solve rather than a reason to say no.
