Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. I was a special case coming from the UK and going through the homebuying process while across the pond made communication somewhat challenging. I had to use a family members phone number for my profile due to not having a US phone number and on multiple occasions I stated I would not have direct access to the phone number and email was the best way to contact me, but some VU individuals still attempted to contact me via phone.
