Even when Zach passed the baton over to his team I knew exactly who to contact and everyone was an expert at their jobs. Y’all made my decision about who to go with on future home purchases so easy.
I would of appreciated more transparency is this process because this was my first time buying a home. Unfortunately, I feel towards my closing alot of things I had to pull teeth to get from my team in order to close on time. There was no call or explanation for documents i have never seen before. I would of loved to have been guided through this process seamlessly but that was not my experience.
