It appeas that you could save time/money by either electronically providing documents, or mailing them via hardcopy, but not both. I'd ask the customer what they prefer, and then use that method. Both seems excessive.
They were indeed very helpful and motivated in getting us our home, but they dropped the ball at the end near closing. You don't tell a couple that they're going to receive money back in closing, then 2 days before closing date, tell them that they have to pay over 1100 dollars at closing.

I recognize that the circumstances surrounding my loan experience were largely a result of my own credit history. I was issued a preapproval letter back in February of this year and told that I could close by June 1st, which was found to be a mistake. I had already gone to contract on a home, and then had to renegotiate. more time to close. This made for a very tense situation between myself and the seller. Fortunately I was assigned to a different loan specialist and things started working much smoother.
