Sam, Ryan and Andrea were incredible - so easy to work with, so quick to respond, and did a great job prepping my file (it was a manual underwrite, so, they really had their work cut out for them). It was a lot of work, but we closed on time and with a very fair rate - and even though it was more than I oeiginally hoped to spend, Im grateful they got me qualified at the amount I needed to compete in a difficult sellers market. The house is perfect for us, and I'm very grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.
