Communication as a whole was not where it should be within the VU departments. Being told that I would need to do one thing, but the originator of the request wanting something different or the information in a different way is a waste of time and continually will push back dates. Crossfinctional coordination is key.
The process was so much easier than the first time we used our VA loan benefits. We were always informed on the status of our loan and were notified immediately on items we needed to complete
