I also like the e-signature option, where it was so simple to just click a button to sign our documents. So awesome! :) No requiring a down payment helped us to be able to purchase a home, where my husband and I don't have the 10-20 percent to put towards a down payment. Andy Moe was great!!! The underwriter was not. First the underwriter wanted certain documents and not others then she changed her mind and then needed items that she said she did not need.

Best bunch of people to work with to purchase a home. Crystaline, Brandon and the team were outstanding and very professional, a day did not go by that if I had a question Brandon or Crystaline had an answer for us. This team is part of our family and if they are ever down in gulf shores, al they are always welcomed in our home. The team has to admit me and Crystaline made a great team lol and she needs a raise or paid vacation.
