I can’t say enough about this experience. Top of the line customer service and consideration of the customer. Communication was incredible, and it was really helpful being connected with utilities/insurance/etc. Veteran’s United has a master recipe for the home Hyundai experience. Veterans United has an amazing team of people. I had the joy of working with Ryan, Brie, and Justine. All were simply amazing at what they do. Also, VU has an app that works great and it's not to just substitute for people. The combination of great people and great up to date technology, I'd challenge you to find a better lender!

Would not recommend.Veterans United quoted an interest rate .7% higher than a competitor. When asked to price match they removed a 2,200 discount and modified it to an interest rate buy down of 1,800 for a year. Which was not what was verbally discussed and saved them 400, and me nothing. Ofc by the time it was in print for me to read, I had to choose between the better offer (and starting the process over with my earnest money deposit being lost), or staying with the worst (Veterans United) offer.Also Inspections reports were provided three weeks before closing. The day before closing the underwriter informed us a report needed updated or re-inspected holding up the closing process and causing unneeded stressAs a first time homebuyer I feel taken advantage of and used for $TLDR save your money and your time. Look elsewhere.

Bottom line everything was done quick and professionally. But also was able to speak with outstanding people who .are me feel valued. If I had a question it was answered quickly if I had a concern or nervousness about something they was able to explain the process and help relieve it. Awesome people and with a great company makes a perfect place to do business with, I will next time. If there is. I really lo e my new house.

As much as I extremely dislike the 7% interest we’re paying it was good knowing that at every turn, twist, cliff hanger, or dead end our Veterans United team wasn’t giving up on us. But seriously they made it easy and broke it down for any one, even me, to understand.
