I had a smooth experience. the only issue i have is that the Us Army Promised to purchase homes, for which I was not able too. Short/foreclosures/leased land/etc... this was very frustrating. not VA United fault.

Matt Lucas and Collin Ward are amazing. Underwriting was a bit ridiculous. Bottom line: EVERYTHING went smooth until underwriting....then we closed late and stupid things were required like (i.e. a letter from our old mortgage company stating the balance on our account was "0"---even though they had the release of lien!)
