The first mortgage I applied for has gone well. The second one still being in process, has taken longer due to miscommunication between VU and my insurance representative.
They made the process easy and relatively stress free for an already stressful situation. They took the time to explain every situation I encountered and walked me through various scenarios. My loan officer gave me regular updates and checked on me from time to time to ensure I was alright and was always available to answer questions about the process. I had an excellent experience with this program and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.
