Meeting quota's are more important than providing customer service. I was supposed to close the first week of March not the first week of April. Hope you met your quota! Loan Documents were incorrect 3x's making us miss the 2pm deadline. Because of the back and forth with VU my property management company dropped me sighting too much hassle.
The process went great! It was quick and painless, and my loan specialist, Justin Benge, was always there to help move it along as quick as possible and to answer any and all of my questions. His knowledge and expertise made me feel confident we selected the right company for our home loan!
