Everything started well. Then either confusion, incorrect directions, or lack of knowledge made simple tasks take longer than needed. Would be asked to give a piece of info in a certain way. Then be told that is not what Fannie Mae wants. Never felt confident during the process.

I was 3-4 hours wait for all involved in this sale. I thought at one point we were on the verge of not being approved, very stressful.
