I would absolutely recommend. The reason I gave 5 stars is because it was hard for me to get answers. My loan officer was out of the office for active army orders, so it's not his fault. I believe Veterans United needs to assign loan officers to clients if they're going to be there the entire process, and not dip out for a couple weeks.
Everything about the loan process was made easy by the team I worked with. They were quick to answer questions. The whole process was much easier than I expected. I was very pleased.

It was a bit bumpy in the end during the underwriting process but overall great experience. I would suggest a master list of documents uploaded to the portal for convenience and easy access in the case of last minute signatures.
