I would suggest a process improvement in establishing some kind of checklist be in place for the Closing Agent to use...to avoid paper trail document requests last minute before closing.. Especially when payoffs of loans have been done in increments since the Credit report pull.Customer should be asked at the time of credit report pull by VU to be have those documents for the underwriter far in advance of underwriter needing that paper trail.
