I thought that the best part of the Veteran United team is that you provide assistance to Veterans who would otherwise not qualify for their VA benefits. I went through this process as we had items that were in collections and your staff assisted us with that process. They got us to where we needed to be and we are now continuing to improve. At first I did not believe that we could do something like this but you have shown me that with the right guidance and determination on my end that this process is doable. There process was longer than regular loans. Many things seemed as overly unnecessary, but thanks to the team we were able to overcome them. Stephanie Pantaleo and Rachel were great. The requirements of the VA not so much.
