I would recommend someone use a lender that knows what they are doing. VU is not one of them. You do not ask for 60 days of bank statements, get them, then ask for them again but with additional info required. Ask for all the info up front. I am so sick and tired of resending the same info. Also, to yell at my realtor is inexcusable. Both the Realty company and the title company have black listed VU based on my experience as well as their own.
