My overall experience was fine. The staff was excellent and always accommodating. The only complaint I have was that my paperwork was not prepared properly. I ended up needing more documentation on the day of closing. In my mind if I am at closing and have had the clear to close my paperwork sbould be complete. This was not the case, although the staff did everything they could to help me through the process. I am in my new home and am satisfied despite some issues.
At times the amount of paperwork is overwhelming. If the process could be streamlined it would help. The duplication is never ending.

Veterans united staff was absolutely awesome. Brain answer every one of my questions I had. He wasn't pushy about me finding any house. He really understand what I wanted and needed. Brain, zack and Jeremy were great to work with. Hopefully I may work with them again someday.

I was a school teacher in a former life. And I never gave a 100% on an essay exam. I was convinced that there was always room for improvement. However, the experience that my wife and I had with the team from VU was so special that I've broken my own rule. Our loan specialist and team leader did an outstanding job. It was a painless as it could have been. And everyone was an exemplar of what customer service should be like. In another life, I was a publisher, and one of my areas of business book concentration was customer service. VA will get a mention in the next such book that publish.
