Very efficient and thorough process
As a first time home buyer, my experience was excellent; They provided guidance every step of the way; do this, do that. 1,2,3. Easy as pie!
The communication between the different departments is less than satisfactory not to mention trying to get in touch with them. I think the process could of gone much smoother if they were more organized.
Everything went smooth, and on time. We closed with 30days of our offer being accepted. Preapproval process was effortless, they had great recommendations on agents if you dont have one.
Be realistic when giving information. The loan experience was no different than what I experienced with other lenders. I do like the patience and understanding of everyone when I had to try and get the documents that were needed.
Very helpful friendly but most of all great advocates for their customer thanks I learnt what the a plus team is about.!!
