My husband and I have been extremely happy with all the services provided by Veterans United Home Loans, from walking us through the purchasing process, and the refinancing. Correspondence that came from Jill Lowry usually needed clarification. She omitted information (in one email she told us sent us a list of information that was needed, but only instructed us to send documents for 1 item). In sending the CTC, she sent the wrong date of the closing.

My real estate agents Rick/Jody Dames "Team Dames" helped me. Words cannot describe how great they were. They were not whom I was referred to, but I chose them, and do not regret it. I hope they may be a referral
for other Vets, as they understand the business, and the VA loan.

It is disappointing to feel as though we were less important due to our loan size. We feel as though we have equally earned the right to a VA loan. We were told at the beginning there was no reason we should really go past 45 days. We went well over 60 days. We have tried contacting the regional office to discuss the issues we were experiencing. To say the least, they were less than willing to listen and understand. The process is complicated we understand but we believe that there were ways of making it less difficult and could have been done more efficiently.

We had a great experience with Veteran United. We was very pleased with everyone we had to deal with. Our personal loan specialist Joe Ferling was very helpful with everything and he was very good at answering all our questions and helping our experience buying a house a great one. He is a true professional.

Our real estate agent Anjy Cooper was fantastic. She was very helpful with staying on top of all
paper work/procedures with buying a home. She stayed in constant contact with us answering our questions and handling any problem that came up. She is a real credit to her profession.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the whole process. I would Absolutely recommend veterans united VA loans to any veterans. I thank veterans united for all the assistance I received from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

I found that his assistant was of great value in all he did for me. Tyler Harriman took lots of phone calls and tutored me in how to send information back and forth on the computer. Without all of his help I don't think I could have done this on my own. Even the phone receptionist were patient in helping get connected to the right person I needed to talk to. This is an event in my life that will be unforgetable.
