Didnt have anything explained to me by my "loan officer". Kept getting automated emails about updates to my documents with no follow up calls to guide me through any of the process. Was forced to figure out basically everything on my own - not really sure what my "loan officer" did for me, minus take basic information from me 6-8 months ago.

Your company uses the lowest credit score of the three Credit score providers. Not the median score that some other companies use. This drives up your profit and my monthly payment. I was provided little if any information when it came to locking my interest rate. Another score for Veterans United. Had I been provided information I would have locked much sooner with a much lower rate.
