This was my first time applying for a mortgage loan. I had heard so many horror stories of getting a mortgage but I experienced none of that. I was in a time crunch to find a place for my family to leave when I changed duty stations, Veterans United made this a quick and painless process.
Incredibly easy experience. We look back now after our escrow has closed and see that we were in very good hands with the team from Veterans United San Diego. Caleb, Estefany, Denny, and the rest of the team that made our loan possible were there for us every step of the way. I enjoyed the more relaxed approach to securing a home loan. We cannot say "thank you" enough to Caleb and Estefany and those that worked behind the scenes. HIGHLY recommend your company to others.

The loan side was smooth and a joy to watch run smoothly. The title company's work, however, clearing up the chain of title report was the most stressful part. This was because of a name issue with the seller after a divorce and the title company's choice of attorney to assist with the coming up with a solution to the situation but in the end we got it done!The Loan side was MUCH EASIER and SMOOTH.

I was very satisfied throughout the whole process until the closing when I was very surprised with the amount out of pocket we had to pay. I was under the impression that I would have all costs covered within the loan.
