Any inquiries I had were responded to right away. My access through the website was not always available due to the complexity of the login process. Nonetheless my personal VA Loan contacts, Jeff Magsamen and Nathan Yount did an absolutely fantastic job.

Our realtor spoke with the team regarding the tax rate and she was told it was taken care of. Day of closing we were expecting to get around $600 back and ended up owing over $400 because the tax rate was never corrected. Beyond frustrating.
