Grant and his team were always professional. If I had any concerns or issues they would answer right away.
Fees are ridiculous. Namely the origination fee. I have yet to see another company charge more than $500.00, where as I spent over $2,000.00. Estimated closing costs raised 4 times over the approval process. Highway robbery.

I am not the type of person who outwardly demands respect, that is arrogant in my opinion. I was treated with great respect from both Aaron Laxson and Mitch Casteel though and feel it is worth mentioning that it admittedly felt good. I felt they each had my best interests in mind from the first call I made, through the follow up call Mitch placed to me after my cash out refinance loan had closed.
