There were issues in the beginning with a different loan officer. At this point I wasn't very nice and expressed my disapproval. Shannon and Emily were able to deal with my discontent and completed the process accordingly and to my satisfaction.

Everything was as advertised and went very smoothly with no surprises. The only thing I had an issue with was requiring a pest inspection for a brand new house. I know it's a VA requirement so it's not Veterans United's fault but I think the BA should relook at some of their requirements for newly built homes.
