It caused me to be unable to respond to emails and return phone calls as quickly as I would have liked to, some times days. The staff I worked with was ALWAYS understanding and very patient with me. Never did I feel rushed or as if they were directing any irritation or frustration towards me even though they had a good reason. Outstanding gentlemen, all of them.

I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled a last minute change to the terms of the loan we decided to make, and were still able to close on time.

The underwriting process was frustrating. I recommend a complete review prior to requesting actions from applicants so there isn't multiple communications requesting information. This would eliminate any 11th hour rushed activities and allow applicants to use their time wisely when addressing issues.
