The loan team answered every question we had. The only issue we had was a timely answer when people were to call me back or to email me. There were times when I would call and leave a message, and or send an email, and would not get a response. I would have to send multiple messages.
Jon Beahan was my lending agent. He was smart and knowledgeable but it was hard to get in touch with him. He would forget very important aspects of the transaction. For example, he forgot I paid for my appraisal and didn't order it which set my closing date back a whole month. Veterans United itself seems like a great company but I was not impressed with my agent.
