We recently closed on a house in Riverview, Florida. I worked with Jon Abernathy's team and the main person I had contact with was Ashton. The amount of paperwork that was requested was quite daunting and a bit frustrating. I'm not entirely sure that the amount of paperwork was a result of VA requirements as this is my second VA home loan and I needed very little paperwork for my first loan with a different lender.
I would like to see a more distinguished plan for setting closing dates in order to aid homeowners caught in a similar situation as ours with a simultaneous selling and buying. It was always difficult to determine who or what was necessary to determine what day we were supposed to close for both properties.
