I was so lucky to get Dan Hopkins as my loan specialist and man is he great. We hit it off from the moment we talked and with his knowledge of the va loan system I was able to get 90% of my info to him with in the first week. We Closed On Time and as promised with the closing cost and that was nice. Dan and his team went well above the call to get my loan closed and made sure I was always in the loop and nothing was a surprise from start to finish. As a Disabled Veteran I have bought homes with Wells Fargo and other Banks but this loan with Veterans United was by far the best and with Dan and his team there is no other place to buy a home. I highly recommend you getting a loan with this team and don't worry you will not be alone or have any trouble trying to reach Dan. He was so easy to reach and that included after hours and that was so nice to have a person to call not a machine.Just stop comparing banks as I did and call Dan and his team even being in Nc and him in MO it was a pleasure and no problems.
