I am not a first time home owner. I've been through this process before and it wasn't painful or stressful as it was this time with Veterans United. First I was given a quote of 3.25 percent when I talked to representative on the phone but was given a 3.337 might not seem to be a biggie to Veterans United but I am one of the people your company name is supposed to support. Second if you tell your customers you are going to waive the origination fee and actual charge them for what ever reason and not inform them why it changed. Third, express concerns about closing on the 15th of December 2016 that changed because you needed more information after you said we was good. 21st December new close date but you come back and say we need more information on the 19th so now the new close date is the 22nd after talking to the customers advocate. So no I will not recommended Veterans United to anyone based on my experience.
The service was seamless and Veterans United was there every step of the way keeping me updated. It was an awesome homebuying experience!
