I can honestly say, even though my computer and email was my direct communication with everyone within Veterans United Home Loans, I felt as if I had met each one of them. Everyone was very personable.
Jeremy and Andrea were very professional kind and always got back to me quickly with any questions that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Absolutely no follow up communication. A very fire and forget mentality. You would figure a company that gets paid when home loans are executed would want to give people home loans, not the case with Veterans United. They contract out their home appraisals to Street Links who are also touched by the special angel. Somehow they, either V.U. requested or, S.L. sent the wrong appraiser to reinspect my property after the first appraiser found a missing handrail. Not sure how these two entities communicate but, I'm sure a string and two cups would be more efficient.

I think that Adams and Mr Lowes were awesome to work with take the time to explain things to you and why so they can get you where they need you to be they are team awesome. Very helpful, especially since I'm a first time home buyer. I was assisted every step of the way and if I had any questions, they were always there to help.
The process was very long, cumbersome and sometimes frustrating. I would prefer a lender in my area that I could meet with and form a face-to-face relationship. A local agent may have eliminated some to the back and forth emails and very lengthy closing process.
Zach and Kyle did a great job! They made me feel more at ease with the stressor the whole home buying experience. Zach also locked me in a great rate! Thanks guys!
