Everything went according to what I was told and expected. No real surprises except for the amount of the VA funding fee which I know is not under your control. Sydney and Samantha made everything very easy.
They were very helpful, explained all the paperwork and documents needed. Called to check up and see how we were doing and if we needed anything. No other mortgage company has ever gone out of their way like these folks have. They were outstanding!

The whole team was excellent from the beginning to the process to the end. Gerri, my credit specialist was very patient and got my credit to where I qualified for a loan. She was great and the loan process with Neal and Elaina was so smooth. I can't thank them enough!!
