My experience with Veterans United was a smooth process. It can be intimidating getting into the idea of documents being sign "online" and not having a personal face to face communication to someone. I can confidently say that with having being intimidated of not having a physical paper or person to converse with, my process was smooth and easy. My loan officer was a great help to the process and was descriptive and informative with paperwork. I would highly recommend.

They have a thorough understanding of the various mortgage options and especially the VA benefits so it's done right to save you time and money but also helps prevent future headaches!

Excellent loan process, not many complaints, although I would have appreciated a courtesy credit for the VA Appraisal, maybe offer a program for Disabled Veterans to assist with additional closing costs.
