The overall experience has been positive. We had a couple of delays in the process, but I believe that was due to mutual miscommunication.
I still have cards that have not been paid it took almost 2 months after closeting for my cards to be paid witch hurt my credit and also made me get some late payments as well I have never been late on my bills now I have a bunch of them but other then that u guys were great I should of went with a different company one that would of made the payments for me then giving me a bunch of blank cashier checks

Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I went into this process not knowing and not having any experience with VA loans. The way Janet Bowe and Tommy Purk guided me, explained everything to me was very appreciated. They relaxed any type of anxiety I had which made this a very pleasant experience.

This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!
