Was unable to close on home because of several delays within the process. I had several last minute request in spite that the home should have been closed a month prior.
We were always in contact with Grant and Bryan. They were available whenever we had questions and were more than happy to explain and go over the information they sent us when we needed clarification. Their customer service was amazing!
process took to long, interest rate went up, every few days asked for more information, wish I would have used local bank. If my wife wouldn't taken over the process on my end ,I would have given up after about 2 weeks(not all VUHL fault but va requirements)
Everything came in on time but it was an anxious experience - searching and scanning for documents almost everyday. The buyer has to do a lot of work and be on your toes. Recc that every Veteran find all separation and retirement documents early in this process before even looking for a loan.
Veterans United were very helpful and it was a pleasant experience all around.
