I think that when all the papers that need to be e-signed it should be with the understanding that they will be skimmed over. With all the phone calls it should be brought up asap if buyer will have to provide money at closing. I personally was under the impression that I would not have to have any money at closing until 3 days prior.

there was a constant barrage of items to review, electronically sign or items pending. almost too much to keep up with.
The greatest short coming we found during this process is that Veterans United does not have a strong grasp of the rules,regulations, processes and procedures applicable to NYS.
