There was one hickup in the process that I really can not place the blame upon VU. It appears that the hickup or maybe one could say the error was not the result of VU but from the lack of communication from the private attorney. Despite whoever should take the blame the issue is Pennsylvania law that all professionals should know and have been aware of.
