THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL ON ALL MY QUESTIONS. MY ANSWER WAS GIVING QUICKLY. MY REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS GREAT. FOUND LOTS OF HOMES FOR US TO SEE. ALSO IF WE SAW A HOME WE LIKE, SHE MAKE SURE WE SAW IT QUICKLY. SHE MADE THE APPOINTMENTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. VERY FRIENDLY SHE BECAME MY WIFE FRIEND QUICKLY. A PERFECT COMBINATION BETWEEN SHARON AND MR. O'HEARN TEAM.
Trish was amazing even when a curveball was thrown she kept on trucking till I found what I wanted.
I was very satisfied with the entire home loan process.
The team made the transition to homeowner very easy and were a great team to work with. I hope to recommend as many other veterans as possible.
Very caring; kept me abreast and updated throughout the process. Communication was a key factor in this home loan process and Chris keep the lines of communication open. He was very detailed and ensured I fully understood all the processes. Chris made my home buying a pleasure.

On the day of closing I got a little freaked out when the money was transfered but not released, while the Title Company was on the phone trying to get the money released I contacted Adam and he got the title guy right to where he needed to be and the money was released. Adam did a great job from begining to end! Veterans United is the Best!
Everything worked accordly in a perfect time for me to move into my new home, I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans, and the team that worked with me to anyone that's looking to buy a home through a VA Loan.
The only problem I had was the underwiriting process. They seemed to want more than was needed.
I would not have been able to get the home of it was not for the team and for everything they have done to in sure that the job was done to the best of there abilities.
The Real Estate Agent seem like they dint have the time to talk with us about what we were looking for so we took it upon ourselves to deal directly with Mr.Musick and the bank and we got the ball rolling. The appraiser had problems with the property because additional buildings that went with the property and that burnt up a lot of time. The house was an older one so there were thing that needed to be done to the house that we were willing to do,but not knowing that it had to be move in ready i dont know what we would have done if the bank wasnt willing to work with us to try and get those things done. How could that be fixed so the customer would be aware of what they can look for when purchasing a house.Communication between the loan officer and the attorney for the bank then one side would not be waiting for something from the other. It was a experience but knowing what we know now the next time should go better if ever needing VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS THANKS TO ALL.
My family and my self are very happy to move in our new house
Thank you for approving the documents
The document process needs to be streamlined. Proving proof of the same things between qualification and underwriting was sometimes frustrating. Underwriting needs a better understanding of how the military allotment process works. That required numerous documentation for the same item. Overall the service was exceptional.
Jeff Magsamen, Kari Evans, and Justin Napier all made my experience with Veterans United a very positive one. Never had to wait or ask a question more than once.
