Positive experience, they always call me almost every and tell me the status on my loan. They call me following up on information I needed through out the process.
This was a rather lengthy process and there were definitely some benefits from it, I was frustrated that my husband's information was left off of the loan and that definitely made things more difficult.

It was the best experience we could hope for. As first-time home buyers this process was very intimidating. But Daniel was great! He made this a very easy and pleasant process. He was very informative, responsive and just great to work with. We were also worried about not having a person to meet or sit in front of. After talking with Daniel the first time, we no longer had that worry. We cannot say thank you enough to him and Veterans United!
