Something to think about - Some of us older folks don't use the computer nearly as much as the younger generations. A periodic phone check would be helpful for us. Otherwise - thank you very much.
All documentation was handled efficiently. In the past, we've had some very bad experiences with various major lenders and been frustrated at every turn because of lost documents and incompetence on the bank's side. Sarah Hicks was last minute on items requested the day before and day of closing and did not respond to a couple of my emails. The companies you recommend in my area need review. 3D inspection services delayed our closing by 2 weeks because they are inept and unreliable. The land survey was not $475 it was $900. The closing took 2 months when it should have taken about a month, this delay cost me $2600 on the closing.
