The communication during the loan was less than adaquate. Items arrived at random times relying on email response without verbal notice of documents needed causing much frustration because you are not always home to do thing by email with time restraints. Caused conflict during a birthday vacation.
The communications between the lender and the borrower were exceptional. As a borrower, I always knew what was going on because VU was constantly updating. Comforting.
